The Build Process

Our helpful New Home & Interior Design consultant will work with you to

**1. Choose a plan that best suits your land and your lifestyle, you can,
• Modify one of our plans or create a new plan
• Design a new home that suits your lifestyle and family
• Be provided pricing to construct your dream home from your own plan

**2. Once you are happy with the plan for your new home, we require a Soil test, Contour Survey and Slab Design (Engineering) so we can quote your new home with confidence. Some land will require additional surveys and planning.

**3. You will be able to create the look and feel of your home by selecting the inclusions that reflect your choice and budget. We are free to choose any product for any application.

**4. Every home is individually quoted by each of our trades and suppliers so we are able to achieve the best possible price to construct your new home.

**5. Once you have signed your Contract with Key Homes to build your new home, you will spend time with our Interior Designer selecting the colour scheme and finishing touches for your home this is a creative and interactive process.

**6. Once Key Homes starts building your new home you will be able to communicate with the builder during construction and have a Client Liaison to provide you with updates on the progress of your new home.

**7. Before Key Homes finishes your new home you are given the opportunity to walk through the home with the Builder to be able to view and discuss the final finishes prior to handover.

**8. On completion you meet with the Builder on site where you are presented with your new Key Home.
